Digital items purchased on StylePrynt.com can be downloaded directly from your account dashboard once payment is confirmed. If you also purchased through Etsy, please refer to your Etsy account for downloads related to that order.

Types of Digital Purchases

There are two kinds of digital items available on StylePrynt:

• Instant Downloads: Ready-made files available immediately after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a download link via email and can also access your files from your StylePrynt account.

• Made-to-Order Downloads: Custom digital items created to your specifications. Once completed, your files will be delivered via email and made available in your account dashboard.

Where to Find Your Downloads

To access your digital files:

1. Sign in to your account on StylePrynt.com

2. Go to My Account > Orders

3. Locate your order and click Download Files

You’ll also receive an email notification when your files are ready. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. For Gmail users, check your Promotions tab.

Guest Checkout

If you purchased as a guest, your download link will be included in your receipt email. If you no longer have access to that email, please contact us directly at support@styleprynt.com.

Download Issues

If you’re having trouble downloading your files:

• Try disabling browser extensions like ad blockers or toolbars.

• If the file appears corrupted, delete it and re-download.

• Make sure you have the correct software to open the file type listed in the product description.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, StylePrynt.com does not offer refunds or cancellations once a file has been downloaded. If your item is not as described or you didn’t receive your file, please contact us directly and we’ll make it right.
